If your size is no longer online, please email info@integrityboutique.com and we will do our best to find if one is available in store.

If you send an email to any of our customer care department with a query/problem we will endeavour to reply to you within 24/48hrs if you have contacted between 9:00am- 5:30pm Monday to Friday. If you contact us after hours or on the weekend we will endeavour to reply to you as soon as possible.

No, more than one discount code cannot be used per transaction and are not available for use in conjunction with any other offer. A discount has their own set terms and conditions of use which will be advertised accordingly.

We accept VISA, Mastercard and bank transfer.

The Atelier Couture Collection which are custom made pieces start from $25000 AUD and average around $5000 AUD and upwards depending on the design, detail, fabrics chosen and embellishments. The Couture Collection which consist of ready to wear gowns start at $500 AUD – $4000 AUD.

Unfortunately, Gowns can not be purchased online. However, all gowns can be purchased over the phone 02 9791 0708, through our social media accounts and email address, info@integrityboutique.com. 

Our Atelier Couture Collection consists of bespoke custom made gowns that CAN easily be changed and designed to your preferences by Integrity Boutique. These pieces are hand beaded and made closest to your measurements. Designs can be altered from colour, style, beading and cut. Integrity Boutique holds a range of custom sample gowns in store. Custom gowns take approximately 6-12 weeks to complete, however it may be available sooner depending on the gown. 

The process of creating a custom gown is as follow:

  • Date of occasion will be discussed prior to any custom orders.
  • After trying a range of different designs, a decision will be made regarding colour, style and design. 
  • A price will be discussed before any measurements are taken.
  • Once you confirm all details and pricing, your measurement will be taken according to the style of your custom gown.
  • After all relevant details are recorded, you will then be asked to read over our custom contract and sign to proceed with your order.
  • An estimated date of arrival is given to you upon placing the order.
  • Integrity Boutique requires a 50% non-refundable deposit to start the production of your custom gown.
  • Integrity Boutique will contact you as soon as the gown arrives in store. Please keep in mind this may be 6 -12 weeks after the order is placed

Our couture gowns CAN NOT be changed or altered by Integrity Boutique. These exclusive pieces come in a small amount of sizes and can be purchased immediately in store or over the phone. 

Our Couture gowns can be placed on lay-by, as long as they are over $1000.

A 50% deposit is required in order to place the gown on Lay-by.

Our Lay-by’s are valid for 4 weeks after first payment unless regular payment is made towards the gown.

For whatever reason you decide to cancel your lay-by, you will forfeit your deposit.

Atelier Couture gowns consist of bespoke custom made gowns that CAN easily be changed and designed to your preferences by Integrity Boutique. The production process of these gowns take 6-12 complete, however it may be available sooner depending on the gown. 

Whereas Couture Gowns CAN NOT be changed or altered by Integrity Boutique. These exclusive pieces come in a small amount of sizes and can be purchased immediately in store or over the phone. 

Our Couture gowns can be placed on lay-by provided that the total is over $1000. 

A 50% deposit is required in order to place the gown on Lay-by. 

Our Lay-by’s are only valid for 4 weeks after the first payment. 

For whatever reason you decide to cancel your lay-by, the deposit will be forfeited.

For the Atelier Couture Collection, a 50% deposit must be made towards the gown for the production process to begin. The rest of the payment can be paid however you please, whether being instalments or upon arrival of the gown.
